Do You Have a Store Where I Can Drop Off My PC or Purchase Parts?
There is no store to drop off computers or purchase hardware. All services are done at the comfort of your site or remotely online as long as you have a steady Internet access.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
All payments are made online through a Merchant Service. You can either make a payment with any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) accepted. You will receive an email with an attached PDF Invoice and a link where you can submit payments.
How Does Remote Support Work?
In order to provide you fastest support possible without having to go on site you will need a stable Internet connection available. An email with a link will be sent to you for a TEK to connect to your PC one time. This link can only be used once and when the session is over or completed, the TEK will no longer have access to your computer.
Remote Support eliminates the hassle of a TEK going out to your site or the inconvenience of you having to leave your site to drop off the PC and it's just the same as if the TEK was at the PC making the changes necessary. The connection itself is secure and encrypted so you won't have to worry about your information being leaked over the Internet.
