When I have an IT problem, how do I get support?

When a client has a problem, we “open a ticket” in our IT management system so we can properly assign, track, prioritize, document and resolve client issues. However, some IT firms force you to log in to submit a ticket and won’t allow you to call or e-mail them. This is for THEIR convenience, not yours. Trust me, this will become a giant inconvenience and thorn in your side. While a portal is a good option, it should never be your ONLY option for requesting support.

Also, make sure they HAVE a reliable system in place to keep track of client “tickets” and requests. If they don’t, I can practically guarantee your requests will sometimes get overlooked, skipped and forgotten.

Requesting support should also be EASY for you. So, be sure to ask how you can submit a problem to their support desk for resolution. We make it easy. Calling, e-mailing or submitting a ticket via our portal puts your IT issue on the fast track to getting resolved.

Do You Have a Store Where I Can Drop Off My PC or Purchase Parts?

There is no store to drop off computers or purchase hardware. All services are done at the comfort of your site or remotely online as long as you have a steady Internet access.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

All payments are made online through a Merchant Service. You can either make a payment with any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) accepted. You will receive an email with an attached PDF Invoice and a link where you can submit payments.

How Does Remote Support Work?

In order to provide you fastest support possible without having to go on site you will need a stable Internet connection available. An email with a link will be sent to you for a TEK to connect to your PC one time. This link can only be used once and when the session is over or completed, the TEK will no longer have access to your computer.

Remote Support eliminates the hassle of a TEK going out to your site or the inconvenience of you having to leave your site to drop off the PC and it's just the same as if the TEK was at the PC making the changes necessary. The connection itself is secure and encrypted so you won't have to worry about your information being leaked over the Internet.

Do you provide Anti-Virus software?

Yes. We have the option to manage Anti-Virus software along with our Remote Management services.
